About this Site
There isn't a great deal of information out on the internet regarding
Chrysler sailboats, as Chrysler stopped building boats back in 1980.
However, there continues to be a great demand for Chrysler-related
information considering the number of Chrysler owners out there.
This site is dedicated to Chrysler sailboats and will continue to evolve
as I gather more information about these intrepid sailing vessels.
I'd like to thank all those who have visited the site and had their
names added to the Chrysler Owner's List. If you are a Chrysler owner and
your name isn't listed, please let me know and I'll add you to the list.
I'm still looking for more sailing stories and photos, so feel free to
send them as well!
I've tried to expand this site to include information for all
Chryslers sailboats. If you have any documentation, pictures, or other
information for your Chrysler sailboat that you don't see on this website and
would like to share with the Chrysler sailing community at large, please
contact me @ sneeuwjagt@comcast.net or
click on the "e-mail" button in the left frame.
To all visitors - Jeff Arnfield has been kind enough to provide

The
"Chrysler Exchange" section contains information for sailors who
want to buy or sell Chrysler sailboats and equipment.
- The
"History" section contains historical information about the
Chrysler Boat Corporation's sailing division. This page also contains links
to information on all classes of Chrysler boats.
- The
"Manuals" section contains copies of the original owner's manuals
for the C-13 "Pirateer", LS-13 "Lone Star", C-15 "Mutineer", C-15 "Man-O-War",
LS-16 "Lone Star", C-20, C-22, & C-26. Keep an eye out for the TMI C-22 Owner's
Manual which I hope to get scanned in soon!
- The
"Specs" section contains specifications for all known Chrysler
sailboat classes, as well as a list of our C-26's features, and an
equipment list for our C-26.
- The
"Publications" section contains copies of the original Chrysler
Crew's Nest, The Quarterdeck Magazine, Chrysler One Design Newsletters, and a
copy of the 1981 Mutineer Class Association Rules, Measurements, and
Constitution. GO CHECK IT OUT!!
- The
"How-To" section contains several new maintenance tutorials written
by and for Chrysler owners.
- The
"Photos" section contains over 500 photos of various Chrysler sailboats
sent in by their owners.
- The
"Ads" section contains Chrysler ad photos, articles and
descriptions from 1970's era sailing magazines. There are also brochure
pages for various Chrysler classes and an article on the Chrysler 26
reprinted from Trailer Boats magazine!
- The
"Stories" section contains stories contributed by Chrysler
owners, as well as some information about us, our boat, and some of our own
sailing adventures.
- The
"Owners" section contains the most complete e-mail listing of
Chrysler Boat owners that I know of. We now have over 1,275 owners listed!
- The "Links"
section contains the obligatory sailing links, as well as "local" links and
links to other Chrysler webpages. Many new links have been added, so check
it out!
